Welcome to Sleepy Hollow Decker Terriers
We are slowly becoming a breeder of Decker Terriers. After starting a search for a new family dog we ended up buying our first Decker Terrier in the fall of 2005, he is a Tuxedo patterned male named Seegmiller's Kansas Flash. Flash is 60.93% Decker and has turned into everything that we could have hoped for and as a result we will be adding a 100% Decker female to our family in midsummer 2006. Once the dogs reach appropriate age we will begin producing occasional litters of puppies that will be outstanding hunters, companions and should be show quaility as well. We are located in East Central Kansas on 13 acres where our dogs get to run, play and chase the critters on a daily basis, combine that with two energetic young boys and everybody usually sleeps well at night!
This site will continue to develop over time as we add more and more information about our dogs and the program we will be developing. We will never produce alot of dogs but the ones we do produce should be outstanding!
In the interim I have committed my time to aiding in the preservation of as much pedigree information on the Decker Terrier as I can find. I am compiling this information for my own amusement as well as a resource for Decker Terrier enthusiasts to draw upon when the need arises. Additionally myself and several other like minded Decker Terrier Breeders and Enthusiasts have launched The Decker Terrier Website as a means of educating potential owners/breeders on the merits of these wonderful dogs.
